Stress can be manifested in different  ways - neck pain, shoulder pain, headache, sleeplessness, drug abuse, inability to concentrate on your day to day work etc.  Regular yoga practise removes the stress and calm your mind which  leads to a better health. 

Those who do not have enough time for yoga practise at least exercises like simple pranayama should be followed in the work place or during a tea break, which can help improve your mental well being.
