Mango Lassi Recipe
Mango Lassi is a tasty drink. It is easy to prepare and healthy too. During mango season, many people enjoy Mango lassi.
Ripe mango pulp - 2 cups
Plain yoghurt - 3 cups
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Pistachios - 1/4cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Mix all the above ingredients together in a blender, (except pistachios) and blend well until everything is completely mixed.
Refrigerate it for 20-30 minutes.
Sprinkle the pistachios over it and serve.
