Utkatasana and its Benefits

Utkatasana is a yoga posture, which is actually in chair pose. When compared to many other postures of yoga, utkatasana is easy to do. For a beginner for the first one or two times, you may feel little difficult, but soon you will find it very easy.

If you are unable to find a yoga instructor to teach you, online yoga classes are also available.
